Screen Details

160 Mesh screens are best used with darker, thinner inks such as blacks and dark blues. Holds more detail than a 110 mesh screen and uses less ink which saves you money. Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.
