Screen Details

230 Mesh screens are best used with water based inks, and work well for halftone and other high detail graphics. Great for screen printing on paper! Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.

I'm sure the first screen we received just happen to be one of those bad apples that slipped through the crack, but overall Edmond's speedy customer service had it all settled out for us to resolve. I really appreciate it
