CCI "Top Bond Mist" Spray Adhesive

CCI "Top Bond Mist" Premium Spray Adhesive is ideal for screen printing and embroidery. It quickly covers the printing surface and works equally well for flash-cure applications. Bonds to cloth, paper, cardboard, acetate, foil, plastic film, cork, foam rubber, and leather. Works best at room temperature.

Directions for Use

  1. Check tip direction before spraying.
  2. Apply a light even coat, from a distance of 6" to 8" to pallet and allow to dry.
  3. Do not concentrate in one spot.
  4. Position fabric on coated area and proceed with screening process.

Used to be a great adhesive. Strong spray, reliable  stick. Now the nozzles clog after two sprays. Have to run the nozzle on a blast can to clear out. I'm sure the state of California had them somehow mess with there formula to make it safer?  Safe is keeping food on the table for my kids not a product that doesn't work.  Go with another spray. Trust me.  20 years in the business.

Thinking I would save money, I bought  A CASE of this glue. I am able to use MAYBE 1/4 of the can before the spray nozzle clogs, making it unusuable. I have tried alternating the spray nozzles with my screen opener, to clean them out, but there comes a point in time where even screen opener can't clear it. So out of the 12 can case I bought, I might get to use 3.

I don't get to scientific with this brand. I just spray it evenly on the pallet.. not too much. And then print away!!!  I usually spray every 5 or 6 tees if I am not flashing. Just depends how much fuzz the tee is leaving behind really. Works great!!!
