100% Polyester Plastisol Ink
These 100% poly inks have a lower curing temperature than standard plastisol inks, making them great for printing on 100% polyester garments to help avoid dye migration. These inks are extremely opaque, and can be printed on most dark garments without a white underbase.
*It is extremely important to adjust your conveyor and flash dryers to ensure these inks don't reach temperatures above their curing points of 280 degrees, otherwise color bleed can still occur.
