Triangle Plastisol Ink - Lemon Yellow

Tri-Flex 1100 Series plastisol inks are formulated for direct printing on athletic and leisure garments such as t-shirts, polos, hoodies, etc. These high quality screen printing inks can also be used for the manufacture of plastisol transfers. For direct prints, knit and woven T-shirts, sweatshirts, jerseys, fleece goods, and bandanna stock may all be used. All popular types of transfer release papers may be used to produce cold peel transfers.

Triangle plastisol inks cure at a temperature of 315° F to 330°F depending on ink deposit, fabric type, ink color and dryer efficiency. Failure to properly cure is the primary reason for ink adhesion failure. Thick ink deposits require more energy (longer dwell time) to cure. Dark colors absorb heat and cure faster than light colors. Colors which reflect heat like metallics, glitters and shimmers also require more energy to properly cure.

All of our plastisol inks can be easily cleaned up with any of our plastisol ink cleaners.

  • Non-Drying. Plastisol inks wont dry in your screen making them an ideal choice for screen printers who don't have the capability to print in high volume.

5 of 5 Great ink, good price March 14, 2021

The ink has been great. If you work it a bit before plopping it on the screen and flooding the art, it becomes a very usable consistency that can be pushed through the tightest of screens. I've developed a style of super soft shirts with minimal ink and I regularly push this ink through a 305 screen to get the look I want. It's been solid, cleans up well and has almost no odor at all. Also, it's a bit cheaper than some of the competing brands.
