Screen Details

90 Mesh screens are best used with super thick specialty inks such as metallic and shimmer inks. Our aluminum screen frames are constructed with 6063T5 alloy, making them extremely durable and long lasting. Each screen is hand cut and welded to insure a water tight seal. After they are cut and welded, they are sanded smooth for flatness.
