Description

LXP Pre-Sensitized LED Optimized Emulsion - Gallon

ProChem L.X.P. is an all-purpose solvent and water resistant photopolymer emulsion. Specially formulated with special photo-initiators for newer L.E.D. light sources. This product is an extremely high viscosity emulsion with a high solids content which yields a better coating, sharp edges, and excellent resolution. ProChem L.X.P. is pre-sensitized and does not require the addition of Diazo. This product saves time as it exposes very fast. Reclaiming the screen when using ProChem L.X.P. is easy with CCI Stencil Removers, which are available in concentrate and ready-to-use formulas.

TIP: Post expose the screen for increased durability with water based inks, see Tech Sheet for details.
*Handle in light safe conditions and make sure to store in a cool dry place.

Features

  • Water resistant.
  • No hardeners needed.
  • Durable enough for long print runs using water based and discharge inks
  • Holds pristine detail during automatic printing.
  • High solids concentration allows for superior penetration of mesh.
  • Extremely fast exposure time for quicker screen burning.

No reflection on Anthem at all. But this is one of the worst emulsions we have used. The color is great. But it's not fast exposure as the manufacturer claims. It also gets weak VERY quick post exposure. We have now used 3/4 of the gallon this week and had more failures than the prior six months. In many cases the only way to get it to dry quick enough to be solid is to put the exposed screens into the direct sun or on top of a hot drier. Very disappointed. Chromaline Lime is a far superior product with the same coloring. It's not LED optimized, but we can go through 5-6 gallons without a failure.
