CCI EnviroStrip Emulsion Remover - Quart

EnviroStrip is an all-natural iodine-based emulsion stripper. As a non-hazardous, drain safe chemical, EnviroStrip stands at the forefront of the environmentally friendly emulsion removers. With natural enzymes to help degrade emulsion, it quickly and economically removes all types of photo-polymer, diazo and capillary film emulsion and keeps mesh safe from damage.

Instructions for use

1. Remove any ink residue, block-out or tape and flush the screen with water.
2. Apply EnviroStrip by spray, brush or dip tank application.
3. Use in concentrated form or dilute 1:10 with water for dip tank applications.
4. Allow EnviroStrip sufficient time to penetrate the emulsion, approximately 30 seconds.
5. High pressure water rinse the screen until all emulsion residue is gone.
6. IMPORTANT: Do not allow EnviroStrip to dry on emulsion, as it will become permanent and impossible to reclaim!
