Total Ink Solutions - Stretch Additive

When printing on stretchy materials like lycra, spandex, or baby ribbed tees, stretch additive is an absolute must. Our stretch additive made by Total Ink Solutions can be added to any standard plastisol ink to increase its stretchability, and we recommend adding 10-25% by weight depending on stretchiness desired. Adding too much stretch additive can start to take away from the vividness of ink color, so we recommend starting with 10%, and increasing by 5% increments until you get the desired result. As always, test prints and wash tests are an absolute must.

All of our plastisol inks can be easily cleaned up with any of our plastisol ink cleaners.
