Aluminum Screens

Aluminum screens are a good choice for the screen printer who reclaims their screens often. Since these are made with aluminum rather than wood, the screen frame will not warp after numerous screen washes, giving you a much longer screen life and better value.

90 Mesh - Best used with metallic and shimmer inks with visible flakes.
110 Mesh - Best used with thicker, light inks such as whites and yellows.
160 Mesh - Holds more detail than 110 mesh and uses less ink which saves you money.
200 Mesh - Extremely versatile, capable of fine detail and provides a nice soft hand.
